Lawyers at Calcagni Kanefsky LLP on Thursday removed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against CVS Pharmacy and other defendants to New Jersey District Court. The suit was filed by Cole Schotz PC and the Scheier Law Firm on behalf of Prestige Capital Finance LLC, which seeks to recover an alleged debt of over $3.5 million for an order of protective face masks. The case is 2:22-cv-00735, Prestige Capital Finance LLC v. CVS Pharmacy Inc. et al.
