Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith partner Sunshine R. Fellows has entered an appearance for Hyatt Hotels, the Chicago-based hospitality company, in a pending lawsuit over alleged violations of the ADA. The action was filed Nov. 5 in Pennsylvania Western District Court by Andrus Anderson LLP and Robert Peirce & Associates on behalf of Patrick Price. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Mark R. Hornak, is 2:21-cv-01599, Price v. Hyatt Hotels Corporation et al.
