Tracie Johnson Maurer and Saira Gul Shakir of Jackson Lewis have stepped in to defend Venture Transport LLC in a pending lawsuit over alleged race-based employment discrimination. The suit was filed Jan. 28 in Georgia Northern District Court by Barrett & Farahany on behalf of Kenwin Printup. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Harold L. Murphy, is 4:22-cv-00028, Printup v. Venture Logistics Enterprise, LLC et al.
