Morgan & Morgan filed an employment action lawsuit Monday in Georgia Northern District Court against Glory Healthcare Services and Bolanle Salam. The suit pursues claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act on behalf of an individual employed by the defendant as a home health aide. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.
