A public interest law firm announced Tuesday that it has filed scores of misconduct complaints against an Allegheny County criminal court judge alleging that he has demonstrated a pattern of improper conduct and racial bias. The Abolitionist Law Center said it has filed 62 complaints with the Pennsylvania Judicial Board of Conduct against Judge Anthony Mariani, each detailing incidents that ALC court watchers recorded over the course of a yearlong observation project.
