Aetna, a health care insurance company, and Tokio Marine HCC-Medical Insurance Services Group were slapped with a complaint for damages in equitable relief Monday in Ohio Northern District Court. The lawsuit was filed by Diemert & Associates on behalf of Christoph Puetzfeld. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:20-cv-01597, Puetzfeld v. Tokio Marine HCC-Medical Insurance Services Group et al.
