Counsel at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney and Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani on Monday removed a consumer protection lawsuit against residential solar energy companies Sunrun and Vivint Solar and other defendants to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit was filed by Community Legal Services and Flitter Milz P.C. on behalf of an elderly plaintiff who contends that she was induced to enter into an 'oppressive' agreement to finance a solar panel installation project without her consent or knowledge. The case is 2:22-cv-02773, Purnell v. Goodleap, LLC et al.
