Counsel at Hawkins Parnell & Young on Friday removed a lawsuit against PepsiCo and Target to Georgia Middle District Court. The suit was filed pro per by trucking professional Brendan Purnell who claims that his trailer unit was improperly released by Target security to PepsiCo and used for a weeks without authorization. The case is 7:22-cv-00043, Purnell v. Pepsico, Inc. et al.
