Amazon.com was sued Tuesday in Florida Middle District Court for allegedly terminating employees while on medical leave for COVID-19 infection. The lawsuit was filed by Printy & Printy on behalf of Alena Melnikava and Dzmitry Rahouski. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 8:21-cv-02228, Rahouski et al v. Amazon.com Services, LLC.
