Liberty Mutual Insurance Group was hit with an insurance lawsuit Thursday in New Jersey District Court. The lawsuit, filed by Archer & Greiner on behalf of Reade Manufacturing Company, seeks coverage from underlying environmental lawsuits. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:21-cv-13990, Reade Manufacturing Company v. Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Company.
