Counsel at Mintzer Sarowitz Zeris Ledva & Meyers on Thursday removed a personal injury lawsuit against Lowe's to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The complaint was filed by Stark & Stark on behalf of Brent Reed and Catherine Reed. The case is 2:22-cv-00544, Reed et al v. Lowe's Home Centers, LLC et al.
