Natalie N. Turner and Kady D. D'Amico of Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart have entered appearances for Cocentrix in a pending lawsuit over alleged employment discrimination. The complaint, which alleges pregnancy discrimination, was filed May 5 in Georgia Northern District Court by Barrett & Farahany on behalf of a worker who claims that she was passed over for promotion on the basis of pregnancy. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Steve C. Jones, is 1:22-cv-01775, Reyes v. Cocentrix.
