Counsel at Freeman, Mathis & Gary on Thursday removed a civil rights lawsuit against Clayton County Sheriffs Office to Georgia Northern District Court. The complaint, which brings claims for false arrest. assault and false imprisonment, was filed pro se by Wayne Rhymer. The case is 1:22-cv-02616, Rhymer v. Clayton County Sheriffs Office.
