General Motors was hit with a consumer class action Wednesday in Florida Middle District Court. The court action, brought by the Maher Law Firm and other law firms, contends that certain Chevrolet vehicles have defective paint that is prone to peeling. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 6:22-cv-00499, Riley et al v. General Motors LLC.
