UPS was hit with an employee class action Monday in New York Southern District Court over alleged wage and hour violations. The lawsuit was filed by El-Hag & Associates. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 7:20-cv-07753, Rivera v. United Parcel Service.
