Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan partners Ryan Landes, Andrew J. Rossman and Ellyde R. Thompson have stepped in to defend Relay Payments Inc. and its co-founders in a pending trade secret lawsuit. The case was filed Aug. 20 in Georgia Northern District Court by Morrison & Foerster and Weinberg, Wheeler, Hudgins, Gunn & Dial on behalf of payment software provider RoadSync Inc. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Michael L. Brown, is 1:21-cv-03420, RoadSync, Inc. v. Relay Payments, Inc. et al.
