Wicker Smith O'Hara McCoy & Ford on Saturday removed a personal injury lawsuit against Ross Dress for Less Inc. to Florida Southern District Court. The complaint was filed by Schwed, Adams & McGinley on behalf of Dajanae Roberts, who alleges she was injured in the foot by a security pin while walking in a store. The case is 9:21-cv-81533, Roberts v. Ross Dress for Less Inc.
