Monique Idlett‐Mosley of the Discovery+ television show 'Undercover Billionaire'; Monique Lenai Enterprises d/b/a Rooted; and Discovery were hit with a trademark lawsuit Thursday in Ohio Southern District Court. The complaint, filed by Ulmer & Berne on behalf of restaurant and juice bar operator Rooted LLC, claims that Idlett-Mosley's Rooted, a juice and food company featured in the second season of the show, infringes on the plaintiff's marks and reputation. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-00328, Rooted, LLC v. Discovery, Inc. et al.
