Ford Motor Co. was sued Tuesday in Georgia Northern District Court over distinct transmission defects in 2018 Ford F-150 vehicles. The suit, brought by Ashby Thelen & Lowry and Weinstein & Black on behalf of Amy Ruff, contends that Ford did not issue a recall for the defects which caused personal injuries to plaintiffs.
