Counsel at Drew Eckl & Farnham on Tuesday removed a lawsuit against Indemnity Insurance Company of North America, a Chubb company, and other defendants to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision, was filed by Johnson & Alday on behalf of Danielle Rusk. The case is 1:23-cv-01097, Rusk v. Reaves et al.
