Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner filed a lawsuit Thursday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of Jonathan Rodriguez Saenz. The complaint, which pursues claims under the International Child Abduction Remedies Act, contends that Judith Adriana Guevara Gonzalez wrongfully removed Saenz's and Guevara Gonzalez's minor child to the United States without Saenz's consent. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-02291, Saenz v. Gonzalez.
