Cozen O'Connor filed an insurance coverage lawsuit Friday in Delaware District Court on behalf of Safeco Insurance Company of America, a subsidiary of Liberty Mutual. The suit, for property damage claims resulting from a fire started by an allegedly faulty dehumidifier, takes aim at Perfect Aire LLC. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-01214, Safeco Insurance Company of America v. Perfect Aire, LLC.
