Counsel at Mclain & Merritt, P.C. on Wednesday removed a slip-and-fall personal injury lawsuit against Bloomin' Brands, owner of fast casual dining chains including Outback Steakhouse and Carrabba's Italian Grill, to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit was filed by Bush & Miller on behalf of Rhonda Sams. The case is 1:22-cv-00040, Sams v. Bonefish Grill, LLC.
