Lawyers at Aaronson Rappaport Feinstein & Deutsch on Friday removed a product liability lawsuit against Ford Motor Co. to New York Eastern District Court. The complaint was filed by Saracino Morris Law Group on behalf of Jaya Sarjoo and Surindra Sarjoo and centers on an alleged defect with the shift selector of a 2016 Ford Transit van. The case is 1:21-cv-03746, Sarjoo et al v. Ford Motor Company.
