Counsel at Drew Eckl & Farnham on Thursday removed a personal injury lawsuit against Walmart to Georgia Southern District Court. The suit was filed by Owens & Mulherin on behalf of Jimmie Saunders. The case is 4:21-cv-00247, Saunders v. Walmart, Inc.
