Lawyers at Tanenbaum Keale LLP and Ellis & Winters on Thursday removed a lawsuit against Spectrum Brands Holdings and other defendants to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit, over property damage arising from an allegedly faulty product, was filed by De Luca Levine on behalf of Alexander Smith and Jeanette Scicchitano Smith. The case is 2:21-cv-04983, Scicchitano Smith et al v. Spectrum Brands, Inc. et al.
