Comcast and Robert Half International, the global human resources consulting firm, were hit with a class action Tuesday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The complaint, over alleged wage-and-hour violations, was filed by the Murphy Law Group on behalf of Trevor Scott. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:22-cv-01105, Scott v. Robert Half International Inc. et al.
