State Farm Insurance was hit with an insurance class action Wednesday in Pennsylvania Western District Court seeking coverage for business losses amid COVID-19. The complaint was brought by Lynch Carpenter LLC on behalf of Sewickley Chiropractic Center and similarly situated businesses. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:21-cv-01368, Sewickley Chiropractic Center PC v. State Farm Fire And Casualty Company.
