Reed Smith partner Oliver Beiersdorf has entered an appearance for United Airlines in a pending civil rights lawsuit. The action was filed Dec. 6 in New Jersey District Court by the Law Offices of Peter Katz on behalf of Leslie Allen and Jie Shan. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Katharine S. Hayden, is 2:21-cv-20357, Shan et al v. United Airlines et al.
