The action, filed Aug. 19 in Massachusetts District Court by Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr on behalf of SharkNinja Operating and SharkNinja Sales Co., seeks a declaration of non-infringement for five patents pertaining to vacuum cleaners.
