Walmart and Magic Time International Ltd. were slapped with a product liability lawsuit Wednesday in Pennsylvania Western District Court. The lawsuit was filed by Kline & Specter on behalf of Robert Shaw III and Robyn Shaw. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:21-cv-01436, Shaw et al. v. Magic Time International, Ltd. et al.
