Attorneys at Pipes Miles Beckman on Wednesday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against Liberty Mutual and other defendants to Louisiana Middle District Court. The suit, over damages arising from Hurricane Ida, was filed by attorney Ashton DeVan Pardue on behalf of Sherah's Bridal Shop and Hwy 16 Properties. The case is 3:22-cv-00813, Sherah's Bridal Shop LLC et al. v. Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. et al.
