Disney Parks, the famous amusement park company, was sued Tuesday in Florida Middle District Court over alleged employment discrimination under the ADA. The lawsuit was filed by the Derek Smith Law Group on behalf of Stevel Smith. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 6:22-cv-00068, Smith v. Walt Disney Parks and Resorts U.S., Inc.
