Lawyers at McGrew Miller Bomar & Bagley on Tuesday removed a personal injury lawsuit against Costco Wholesale to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit was filed by The Champion Firm on behalf of Grace and Joseph Song. The case is 1:22-cv-00534, Song et al v. Costco Wholesale Corporation et al.
