Teagan S. Allen of Goldberg Segalla has entered an appearance for Uber in a pending lawsuit. The case was filed Dec. 28 in New Jersey District Court by Faugno & Associates on behalf of a female passenger who alleges that she was sexually assaulted by an Uber driver. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Michael A Shipp, is 3:21-cv-20733, S.R. v. Uber Technologies Inc. et al.
