Warren Haskel, Richard W. Nicholson Jr., and Joshua B. Simon from McDermott Will & Emery have entered appearances for Cigna in a pending ERISA class action. The case, filed Feb. 24 in Connecticut District Court by Motley Rice and Izard, Kindall & Raabe, accuses the defendant of routinely overcharging for medical services. Cigna is also represented by Carlton Fields. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Kari A. Dooley, is 3:23-cv-00243, Srednicki v. Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company.
