State Farm Insurance sued Ocoee Chiropractic & Injury Center and other defendants Monday in Florida Middle District Court for alleged insurance fraud. The case, brought by Holland & Knight and Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg, accuses the defendants of conspiring to submit claims for fraudulent medical services. Lawyers have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 6:22-cv-00192, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company et al v. Utter, D.C. et al.
