Lawyers at Kennedys on Friday removed a personal injury lawsuit against Ross Stores, the discount retail chain, to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The complaint was filed by Saltz Mongeluzzi & Bendesky on behalf of Mary Stubbs. The case is 2:22-cv-00719, Stubbs v. Ross Stores Inc. et al.
