Counsel at Duane Morris on Tuesday removed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against JM Bullion to Oregon District Court. The suit was filed by Acker & Associates on behalf of Samuel Suk, who claims a malicious third party intercepted his ordered shipment of over $73,000 worth of gold bars. The case is 3:22-cv-01085, Suk v. JM Bullion, Inc.
