Counsel at Archer & Greiner on Monday removed an environmental lawsuit against 3M, Carrier Global, Corteva AgriScience, DuPont, Chemours and other defendants to New York Southern District Court. The suit, filed by Napoli Shkolnik PLLC on behalf of Sullivan County, accuses the defendants of contaminating groundwater with chemicals. The case is 7:21-cv-07280, Sullivan County v. 3M Company (f/k/a Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing, Co) et al.
