Lawyers at Hall Booth Smith on Wednesday removed a slip-and-fall personal injury lawsuit against The Wendy's Company and other defendants to Georgia Northern District Court. The complaint was filed by Greene Legal Group on behalf of Melisha Sutton. The case is 1:22-cv-00034, Sutton v. Wen Georgia, LLC et al.
