Marriott International was sued Thursday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court over alleged violations of the ADA. The lawsuit was filed by Dessen, Moses & Rossitto on behalf of Helen Swartz. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:22-cv-00532, Swartz v. Marriott Hotel Services Inc.
