Labaton Sucharow and Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd filed a securities class action Monday in California Central District Court against software company Everbridge Inc. and certain company insiders. The suit contends that Everbridge used a series of acquisitions to conceal lackluster revenue growth and concealed integration challenges resulting from the business combinations. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:22-cv-02249, Sylebra Capital Partners Master Fund Ltd et al v. Everbridge, Inc. et al.
