Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit on behalf of Taylor Morrison Inc. Wednesday in Florida Middle District Court. The suit centers on a signing bonus and relocation package awarded to former employee Ricardo De Camps. Taylor Morrison contends that Camps is obligated to issue a full refund since he voluntarily terminated his employment less than a year from his hire date.
