Attorneys at Steptoe & Johnson on Monday removed a wrongful death lawsuit against Broomall Rehabilitation and Nursing Center and other defendants to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit was filed by Robert Peirce & Associates on behalf of the Estate of Mary DeMarco, who passed away after contracting COVID-19 due to alleged staff negligence. The case is 2:21-cv-05148, Testa v. Broomall Operating Company LP et al.
