Travelers, a New York-based insurance company, and The Charter Oak Fire Insurance Company sued Ultimate Concrete, SLSCO Ltd. and other defendants Tuesday in California Southern District Court over an insurance coverage dispute. The lawsuit for alleged property damage was filed by Weston & Mcelvain. Lawyers have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:21-cv-01728, The Charter Oak Fire Insurance Company et al v. Ultimate Concrete LLC et al.
