Lawyers at McGlinchey Stafford on Friday removed a class action against Tiffany & Bosco to Florida Southern District Court. The suit, for claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, was filed by Greenwald Davidson Radbil and Loan Lawyers on behalf of Florida consumers who received a debt collection letter from the defendants that failed to label the current creditor of the debt.
