Savannah Young of Greenberg Traurig has entered an appearance for JPMorgan Chase Bank in a pending breach-of-contract lawsuit. The suit seeks a declaration that Thomasville is not liable for a fraudulent check sent by co-defendant Inland Construction and Engineering Inc. as Inland failed to alert Thomasville Bankshares after becoming aware that the check had been intercepted and altered.
