Freeman, Mathis & Gary partner Kenneth G. Menendez has entered an appearance for Silverpoint Management LLC in a pending employment discrimination lawsuit. The complaint was filed March 9 in Georgia Northern District Court by Barrett & Farahany on behalf of a Black maintenance supervisor who alleges that he was demoted based on race.
