Ronald T. Coleman Jr. and Paul R. Barsness of Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs have stepped in to defend Holiday Hospitality Franchising and Six Continents Hotels Inc. in a pending franchise lawsuit. The complaint, over alleged breach of license claims, was filed June 24 in Georgia Northern District Court by White and Williams and The Finley Firm on behalf of TJM Columbus and TJM Syracuse. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Victoria M. Calvert, is 1:22-cv-02541, Tjm Columbus, LLC et al v. Holiday Hospitality Franchising, LLC et al.
